The 2 million Hong Kong dollars Esports Gymnasium Grand Opening by Forger Esports 鍛匠電競 in long-term collaboration with Grow uP eSports for Esports tournaments in Asia, a strong expansion to continue to promote and empower the international female Esports industry and excite local Esports communities!
In 2022, the electronic sports, esports, will be included in the official competition of China Hangzhou Asian Games. Due to the lack of existing training facilities for esports athletes, the Hong Kong Esports Gymnasium was built to reinforce this gap and provide a training center to allow players enjoy a competitive environment with all the favorable conditions to improve their skills
The Hong Kong Esports Gymnasium opened in the industrial and most populated area of Kwun Tong in Hong Kong. It occupies an area of 3,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 100 spectators. It has a number of international standards for the equipments. The Esports Gym features advanced virtual reality (VR) technologies for LIVE streaming, 4K projection screens and other technologies to provide live and broadcast facilities to let players enjoy the best gaming experience. Esports tournaments will start in the middle of January of 2018 with top played games of different genres every week, including League of Legends, Counter-Strike, FIFA, Arena of Valor 王者荣耀 and other eSports games. They will hold quarterly competitions, which will be classified with inter-team points, with prizes ranging from HKD 5,000 to HKD 15,000.
